Niagara College Teaching Brewery is know for our classic Beer 101 series as well as the Small Batch Brew series. Under this label we package the various interesting student brews as well as unique one offs and collaboration beers that are brewed with various local and Canadian brewers.

The nature of these beers being "Small Batch" they are only brewed in batches of around 200 ltr - 300 ltr which produces only about 20 cases. However, at any given time we have a selection of about 10-12 different beers. By purchasing this "Trust Us" pack you will receive six unique beers from this series. We will put together a mixed six pack from the small batch beers that are currently available.
