This traditional method, bottle-fermented sparkling wine is made from high quality, hand-picked, bunch sorted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The wine shows elegant aromatics of cherries and strawberries, lemon peel, hazelnuts and a bright mineral character. It is lively but rounded with soft, creamy mousse and dry finish.
