Hand-harvested (with student help) and pressed at 38.3°B. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels and aged on lees for 6 months. This wine is fruity and luscious with notes of apricot compote, baked apple, candied lemons and caramel with a fresh acidity to balance out the sweetness.

Pairing Suggestion: Try with dark chocolate short bread, pineapple cake, peach cobbler or strong blue cheeses
