Brandy

Our Brandy is a testament to the educational focus of our Teaching Distillery. Distilled from Niagara grapes, it showcases the unique terroir of our region. We prioritize minimal intervention, avoiding the use of sulfur to preserve the natural fruit character. Aged in small oak casks, this Brandy develops a complex profile with notes of dried fruit and butterscotch. Our blending process ensures a consistent quality while maintaining the nuances of each vintage, resulting in a spirit that is both smooth and intriguing.
