Our Single Malt Whisky represents a culmination of our distilling journey. We meticulously crafted this spirit using a combination of distiller's malt and smoked malt, emphasizing traditional methods like enzymatic mashing and pot distillation. This process, coupled with careful aging in small oak casks, allows the unique character of the barley to shine through.
