Come and enjoy the ultimate pairing experience at our Teaching Winery and Brewery! Start off with a tour of our vineyard & hopyard. Learn about our programs, the growing and production process, and what makes the Niagara Region so special. Following the tour, get ready for a pairing experience of specialty chocolates made specifically for our wine or beer!
This experience is offered at 2 pm daily.

- Tasting of either four beers or four wines
