A cooler vintage led to beautiful freshness and bright citrus fruits. This wine was perfected blended to obtain a fresh backbone of acidity in the Riesling and an opulent and floral aroma from the Gewurztraminer. It was vinified under cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and a touch of residual sugar was left to balance the finish
