A cooler vintage led to beautiful freshness and bright citrus fruits. This wine was gently pressed to avoid any hard phenolics. It was fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and stopped only when the perfect level of natural residual sugar.
Great with peas and mint sauce, Thai curry, or French onion soup.
