2020 Dean's List Cabernet Sauvignon Unfiltered

Deep purple hue, dark fruit with a touch of dried herbs.  Palate is full of cassis and plum.  Prominent but well integrated tannin make this a wine for food and for aging.

Pairing Suggestions: Would go great with the classic steak, any smoked meats, or even a classic pepperoni pizza
