A versatile grape that can be made into a fresh or more bold style. Here we have a very fruit driven wine with balanced acidity. It spent it whole fermentation and aging in stainless steel and had a bit of lees contact to gain some minerality.
Not your average Pinot Grigio, this wine boasts loads of aromatics on the nose. At first glance this pale yellow wine may seem subdued, but it’s is not. Fresh peach and lemon on the nose, with a hint of flintiness. The palate offers orange peel and floral notes, with a beautiful peachy finish.
Fresh summer salad, butter poached white fish, meringue with fresh strawberries
