Description/Winemakers Notes:
A fun assemblage of classic cool climate white varieties. Riesling, for the bright acidic backbone, Pinot gris for roundness and fruit and a touch of colour, and Chardonnay to provide texture and mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes:
A kiss of a copper hue due to the Pinot Gris influence, on the nose white flower and fresh Granny Smith apple. The palate has hints of mandarin orange and lemon, with refreshing balanced acidity.
Pairing Suggestions:
Fresh greens, lemon curd or pea risotto.
