Crafted with a high-proof neutral spirit infused with a generous blend of botanicals, including anise, fennel, orange zest, and baking spices, this absinthe delivers a bold yet balanced flavor experience.

To achieve the iconic absinthe 'louche,' we've incorporated lemon balm and butterfly pea flower into our recipe. The lemon balm imparts a natural green hue, while the butterfly pea flower ensures a gradual color shift from vibrant green to a mellow yellow over time, avoiding the artificial coloring often found in modern absinthes.
