Spirits 101 Christmas Gin

This was a creative endeavor from our Assistant Distiller, Ian Bickle. To add a festive twist to our School Spirits Gin for the holiday season we have added some classic holiday botanicals. We used cinnamon, cranberries, allspice and cloves to give the gin a spice forward character that will remind you of cookies, cakes and all good things to share with your friends and family.
