Tasting Notes

After an amazing vintage in 2020, the grapes were hanging clean and ripe heading into the winter season. These grapes were picked after the temperature fell below -8 °C and pressed cold to produce a concentrated juice to then be fermented into this delicate dessert wine.

Lemon meringue pie, toffee or poured over ice cream.
