School Spirits Rum

This Rum is part of our curriculum and to the educational experience in the Teaching Distillery. The distillation of sugar cane (sugar – refined, molasses or others) has a different set of challenges, congeners, parameters, and organoleptic profiles than other spirits. To emphasize these properties, we often have small production School Spirit Rum. This product won a third place (bronze) at the U.S. Whiskey and Spirits Open.
