Southern Hospitality

Inspired by American Bourbon, Southern Hospitality is a unique spirit crafted with a blend of corn, malted barley, and rye. We employed traditional mashing techniques, similar to those used in beer production, followed by double distillation in small copper pot stills. Aged in new 20L oak casks, this spirit develops rich flavors and a warming presence. While not technically a whiskey due to its shorter aging period, Southern Hospitality offers a taste of our distilling expertise and a glimpse into the future of our aged spirits.
